Upon graduation, Brooke moved back to the Vail Valley where she met and married her husband JP, who is a Firefighter with the Denver Fire Department.
Brooke joined Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate in 2015, and teamed up with her mother, Pam, who has been with the company for 30 years. "Awesome real estate agent/broker! Very helpful and knowledgeable with the local area (Vail - Gypsum and everywhere in between). Very responsive and made the whole process seamless and easy. Highly recommend for your property sale and/or purchase!"
"Brooke was wonderful to work with — as a first-time home buyer, and someone who has only lived in the Vail Valley for three years, I felt like Brooke's local experience, knowledge of the buying process, and no-nonsense attitude got us through. Brooke is incredibly organized with deadlines, very respectful of the discernment time it takes to buy a home, and all-in-all a pleasure to work with. She will go to bat for you, and make sure you are walking into a deal you not only feel comfortable about, but also feel excited about. Highly recommend!"
"Sometimes it can be difficult to find the right house, but it was easy with Brooke. We looked at houses that were just "ok" but then found one that would be amazing for our family. I shared information with Brooke also everyday as we bought our home. It was even better that she made it her job to make it all go well. WOW...thank you, Brooke, for being the best team member we could have had!"
"Brooke is amazing! Trying to sell a house in the middle of winter in the Colorado mountains is nearly impossible! However thanks to her professionalism, marketing strategies, and persistence we were able to sell! She is helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable about the whole process. We would definelty reccomend her to our friends and family!"
"My experience with Brooke was great! She worked hard to find properties that met our needs and disires. When it came time for closing Brooke was extremely professional and helpful in guiding me through my first home purchase. I would recommend Brooke to anyone looking to purchase in the Eagle Valley area."
"Brooke was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood. I felt that she worked with the other agent in a professional manner, and did a good job overseeing the inspection, and the inspection follow-up. I would definitely use Brooke again."
"Brooke was great! She was so professional and knew the market so well. Her familiarity with neighborhood comps and price per square foot were essential for me to get the right price for my home. She is very good at what she does and I highly recommend her!"
